OOC Fleet partly suspended due to Covid 19
May 2020Dramatic impact in our charter markets due to Corona Pandemic! Oil Companies are cancelling projects around the globe and forcing downward pressure on vessels rates as they grapple to control their costs. With the world still in lock up mode and oil tanks tanks full, we are heading into the next area of uncertain times. OOC is lucky yet, no termination but suspensions in their fleet.
